The Beginning

Anthony's journey began with a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of coal-fired pizza to America. Born from a family tradition spanning three generations, our founder Anthony discovered the art of coal-fired cooking during his travels through Italy in the late 1990s.

What started as a small family recipe quickly became a passion that would define our entire approach to pizza making. The intense heat of coal ovens, reaching temperatures over 1,000 degrees, creates a unique charred crust that's impossible to replicate with conventional ovens.
